脳のかたすみにある小さな記憶、2001年にイタリアで見たフィリッポ・リッピだったかピエロ・デラ・フランチェスカだったか、その肖像画の向こうに広がる湖面の風景のようなもの。長瀞宝登山のロープウェイから眼下に広がる風景を見たときに、甦ってきた。風景は脳の中でどのようにつくられるのか。
